Terms of Use
By installing or using the Equalizer & Bass Booster Android app ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Android devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its assets.
Premium purchases and subscriptions
Premium can be purchased as a monthly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, both billed through Google Play. Subscriptions may include a free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and renews each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the Google Play app under Subscriptions; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy and may change for new purchases. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy; for billing issues we can't resolve through Google, contact us.
Fair use
You agree not to interfere with the app's purchase-verification systems, misrepresent purchases, or use the app in any unlawful way. We may suspend premium access where our systems detect purchase fraud; if you believe this happened in error, contact us and we will review it.
Hearing safety
The app can increase audio volume and boost specific frequencies beyond your device's defaults. Listening at high volume for extended periods can damage hearing and audio equipment. You are responsible for choosing safe listening levels.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Audio behavior varies across devices and Android versions, and we do not guarantee compatibility with every device or app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steel Horizon Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address with its date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
